Brief: Our brief was to take the existing Leaseholders and Residents guides and re-design them to be accessible for a wider audience. A more vibrant colour palette and a new series of images had to be identified.

Solution: We worked closely with the Business Development Team to bring the existing guides in line with accessibility guidelines, focusing on font, colour and point size.

We also had to change the format of the book to incorporate these changes. The wiro-bound books were produced with a section tabbing system and frosted acetate covers.

This work was then followed by a series of inserts for the Irwell Valley Pre-Tenancy Budget Packs.
