Brief: Segaris Creative were given the task of creating a new logo and identity for EEF’s National Manufacturing Conference in 2012.

This was to be followed up by a series of press adverts in The Manufacturer magazine. The design of the conference website and a direct mail campaign to promote the event and guest sign up.

Solution: We worked within the EEF corporate guidelines to develop a striking locked down logo that also had to incorporate ‘The Manufacturer’ logo.

The green and black colour combination was created so that the heavy black solids could be applied for bold and dynamic print and online marketing. With the bright green being reserved for conference lighting and signage.

We worked with the in-house web team to design the conference website, providing full site visuals and site map. We designed and mailed out the ‘save the date’ direct mail campaign complete with branded envelope, to an audience of over 12,000 people.
